Confidentiality
Quite apart from issues that touch upon national security, which are implicitly acknowledged and understood, Roggenwolf™ understands that its clients represent businesses and, as such, wish to protect trade secrets or any kind of proprietary information that is vital to sustained competitiveness.
Protecting confidential information is fundamental to Roggenwolf's relationships with its clients and to the conduct of its business. All information received in connection with a client is held in the strictest confidence. Roggenwolf will not disclose that information except in accordance with professional obligations, as authorised by the client, as required by law, or as described by this policy.
As an Australian entity, Roggenwolf is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the National Privacy Principles. It is committed to acting responsibly with information about businesses, clients, and individuals.
Under no circumstances will Roggenwolf sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing client information.
Kinds of information held
During the course of carrying out its day-to-day business activities, Roggenwolf may collect client data and information relating to clients' current business or future strategies and activities.

A client may request access at any time to personal information Roggenwolf holds about them. Roggenwolf may charge a fee where access is provided. Roggenwolf may refuse to provide access if the National Privacy Principles allow it to do so.
